    @_JeffreyD_ Have you ordered a new scale? Are you researching? I'm curious what you find (: I'm a bit nerdy so I like to see what options various scales (or whatever it is) have and how they perform. It can be very interesting at times!

    First round for me B)B) !
    Also I should mention that this is the first time I am trying keto ! We'll see how it goes!!!

    Female, 36 yrs old 1.65cm ( 5' 5'') . I reached my highest ever weight at 70,7 kgr (155.9 lbs) and I have started a slow but steady effort!
    Hopefully, this challenge -alongside everyone- will speed things up a bit!


    SW: 68.3 kgr (150.6 lbs)
    GW: 64.3 kgr (141.8 lbs)
    UGW: 54 kgr (119 lbs) by August 2021

    04/13 68.00 kgr (149.9 lbs) Ok... I could not believe my eyes -half a kilo in a day! I guess it was the keto shock to the system! First time doing anything like that... Just taking it a day at a time!
    04/14 68.00 kgr (149.9 lbs) No change whatsoever!!! Xmmmm..... I would like to see at least a 67,9kgr - for phycological reasons!! :D Anyway, I guess it was because I only had a very light workout and the last meal was at 21:15!! Even though I was under my daily calories.... Alas... Tomorrow is a new day!!! :DB)

    Day/Weight/Comment
    04/12- 210.4lb. Always nice to start the challenge off with a loss. Just over a pound to go and I will have lost 1 stone since my journey began. Got a long way to go, but I’m definitely on the right path. Still can’t shake this chest infection so ringing the drs today to see if they can prescribe me some anti-biotics.
    04/13- 210lb. Started back at the gym yesterday and my legs are sore! Started with a leg day, so my quads are aching. Another loss which is great. Hope to maintain a good level of loss this round.
    04/14- 209.8lb. Small loss, but this one means so much! Below 15stone, despite the fact that I will see this number again through fluctuations, I’m glad to see the back of it. 31lb to goal, which I know is miles off, but I’m in this for the long haul.
