04/13 115.4 So this is what I call my dry weight. It was after I worked out fasted in the morning, but I was happy with it because this weekend was a tough one foodwise. Life is always busy but it just feels extra busy right now. We are slowly making progress on the renovation plans but that has also been consuming my time on the weekends as I research appliances and everything else involved in building a whole new living space. I have been keeping up with my exercise though and that has been saving me when I make poor food decisions on the weekend (along with staying within a deficit on the weekdays).

Ha! I just bought one at Ace Hardware. It has absolutely no special features. I am pretty nerdy too actually, but I did not want to deal with it on the scale. I feel ashamed of it after hearing about all of the features that yours has.
It does allow me to weigh in kilograms if I want to. Maybe I should do that for a while to tip my hat to our European / Canadian friends!

JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS ~|~ Round 147 (round 79 for me ) I prove time after time that I need this to help me keep on track! Thank you @QuiltingJaine for setting up the new challenge.
Female age 62 5' 4” - Challenge for this round; need to get back to maintenance – get back to and stay at or >130. Away in our touring holiday for a weeks holiday, bbq each night with a glass of wine, but plenty of good long coastal walks (weather permitting!). Will try everyday to be in credit with calories. Need to get back to good habits; be mindful of what I eat & drink, try to keep it in moderation, keep walking, no binges; remember keeping the 10 days binge free makes such a difference! Not taking any chocolate with us – DH can sort & control his own! (He's lucky he's never had a weight problem.) A healthy life style has to be a permanent way of life.
Keep calm – we're all in this together! Wash hands, be kind, continue to follow all latest Government guidelines for C-19 virus. Be positive for the vaccine – I've had my first, spread positivity and encouragement for it to others.
Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and then gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then & didn't want to gain any more, It's took me 75 rounds to achieve my under 130 target; back to maintenance again!! A healthy life style has to be a permanent way of life.

04/13 130.2 - such a surprise! Expect it will be back up tomorrow. Only 4.91 miles walked yesterday as travelled best part of 200 miles to Devon, and a short walk between setting up the caravan & awning and getting the bbq on, hence 108 calories over.
04/14 131.2 - that's more like what I expected yesterday! 12.17 glorious miles walked yesterday on the coastal path and through Valley of the Rocks, 856 calories in credit.

04/12- 210.4lb. Always nice to start the challenge off with a loss. Just over a pound to go and I will have lost 1 stone since my journey began. Got a long way to go, but I’m definitely on the right path. Still can’t shake this chest infection so ringing the drs today to see if they can prescribe me some anti-biotics.
04/13- 210lb. Started back at the gym yesterday and my legs are sore! Started with a leg day, so my quads are aching. Another loss which is great. Hope to maintain a good level of loss this round.
04/14- 209.8lb. Small loss, but this one means so much! Below 15stone, despite the fact that I will see this number again through fluctuations, I’m glad to see the back of it. 31lb to goal, which I know is miles off, but I’m in this for the long haul.

A stone is 14 pounds, I think it is a traditional British way of weighing; stones & pounds, kilos were introduced in the UK in the 70s which was to the end of my school years, so to me and others in my age group, we still use stones and pounds!5 -

04/14 - 146.6 - Alright, get in gear, Cam. Log your food and water. Track your fast. Do the workout (2 more before weekend, aiming for today and Friday). Things are happening, Cam, but they're slow because you're slacking. We got this. Let's do this! Today is the day, NOT tomorrow. TODAY. Okay, end pep talk. Not sure fasting yesterday. Wasn't long. Got about 90oz, though, which is good progress. Still rehydrating and allowing my body time to bounce back from that (PATIENCE CAM.....) I have broccoli to use up and some leftover wild turkey for lunch. Not sure on dinner, as usual. I guess I'll find out at dinner (which makes it hard to plan and track appropriately but I've managed alright in the past. It's not an excuse to go off the rails.

Previous Day's Comments04/12 - No hugs, it's expected. Combination of factors: 2 days of slight dehydration with limited water/bathroom breaks and 90 degrees, full sunlight, no shade; full body soreness; large, late dinner to make up for lack of food all day. Hopefully I can get back on track in the next couple of days. I'm pushing my workout to tomorrow since I'm still very sore today and need to rehydrate fully, first. Depending on weather, I'll try for a walk with the pup. It isn't much, but it IS gentle movement.
04/13 - No hugs, part of the rehydration process. I got my 90oz in and feeling a little better. Still bloated, but my body will realize soon enough I'm giving it plenty and drop the excess water weight. Need to get fasting back in line with goals. Last night was super late because my old phone got randomly stuck in a reboot loop so I had to run to Verizon and get a new one before they closed. Today I have no excuses to not be on track. Also knocking out my workout here in a few minutes before work gets too hectic.

Ha! I just bought one at Ace Hardware. It has absolutely no special features. I am pretty nerdy too actually, but I did not want to deal with it on the scale. I feel ashamed of it after hearing about all of the features that yours has.
It does allow me to weigh in kilograms if I want to. Maybe I should do that for a while to tip my hat to our European / Canadian friends!
It does not weigh in "stone," whatever that means.
Haha! I accidentally found out yesterday mine weighs in kg, too! Took me a minute to figure out how to get back to pounds so I don't confuse myself. Maybe I should do both? It'd be a fun little learning experience.
Also, I learned about stones (14lbs) from watching waaaaay too many British shows. I might have a bit of an obsession. Plus, my mom used to be friends with a fellow author from England who introduced us to a few shows and sent cool little England trinkets to us in return for us sending her American trinkets. Broken Scale. Just trying to do the right thing without any “wishful thinking.” I fizzled out posting and reading the last two days of round 146 due to scale problem and family “problem” of house guests and unbridled munching.
It will be interesting to see what number pops up on a new scale.

OK I am back in the saddle with a lot of rocks in my saddle bags and have to say I am not surprised at the reading. I went 7 days without a scale and smack-dab in the middle was a weekend with guests.
Time to get busy catching up and preparing for a getaway planned for early May.

4/12 – 200 – 10,163 steps yesterday. Camping this weekend and TOM. Still really depressing looking at the scale.
4/13 – 200.2 – 10,533 steps yesterday. Wow. Just wow. Way to go, fatso. Still my TOM, but typically the water weight drops when it starts. So, I guess this is my weight now and I’ll need to start over. Weight loss goals adjusted again.
4/14 – 200.2 – 11,369 steps yesterday. Fasting today.

04/12 197 Uhhhhh. Very lazy yesterday.
04/13 197 No change. I am very disappointed. I am still swollen but not as much as I was. I was more active yesterday but still over indulged. It is so easy to fall down the rabbit hole with carbs and sugar.

04/13 115.4 So this is what I call my dry weight. It was after I worked out fasted in the morning, but I was happy with it because this weekend was a tough one foodwise. Life is always busy but it just feels extra busy right now. We are slowly making progress on the renovation plans but that has also been consuming my time on the weekends as I research appliances and everything else involved in building a whole new living space. I have been keeping up with my exercise though and that has been saving me when I make poor food decisions on the weekend (along with staying within a deficit on the weekdays).
04/14 115.6 TOM arrived in the middle of the night but I pushed myself this morning to do a lighter than normal effort on the bike for 30 minutes this morning to see if the exercise would help the cramps a little bit. On the bright side, I think it helped a little bit or at least helped release some happy chemicals in my brain. Short day at work today because I have to go pick my car up from the shop. Many dollars later I will have a working AC, a fixed exhaust, and an oil change. Grateful I won’t be driving in a moving sauna this summer though!

04/13 163.6 {Steps 14,431} ~ Yesterday my pool session started the day on the right foot plus afterwards visiting my favorite farmers market afterwards helped getting fruits and veggies in the house, woot hoot.
