@musicsax- Prayers for your family and DGS &DD.

@starrjulia8 - good luck, and take it easy resting up.

@Lilylady3k - Wow! That all sounds fun....fishing and shooting clays! The hay around our house just got mowed..... they should bale it very soon and hopefully Mother’s Day we can shoot clays out over it!

@Lilylady3k All of those upcoming events can be used as EXCUSES but there will always be more. Use them as REASONS to stay strong, make wise choices, and be healthy so you can enjoy them. You can do this!

@AR10at50 I read once that a good way to water plants when you have to be gone is to essentially put a wick into the bottom of the container and have the other end in a receptacle of water. Honestly, I can’t grow ANYTHING but I thought I would throw that out there for you.

We ALL have good rounds and bad but that is part of life. Don’t stay away, stay accountable. We don’t judge, we support.-Jpv,2/13/19

What we need to succeed is a sustainable way of eating, not a DIET we go on and off.

This is NOT A DIET. It’s a LIFESTYLE.

5/2 115.0 Surprise! We had “Thai-Chinese” for lunch yesterday-NO RICE. Veggies and beef.
5/3 115.5 I made and ate buttered popcorn last night.
5/4 115.5 Donated blood yesterday. Forgot to take a healthy snack with me. Going to Outback with neighbor ladies for lun-net today. Haven’t been there in YEARS!
5/5 116.0 Ate half of my small steak and half of my “loaded” baked potato. I was satisfied and not stuffed. I LOVE that the outside of the potato skin is covered in salt!

@quiltingjaine While I love the definition of this and the spirit, it does sound like a slang / shortened version of nymphomaniac. I hope she is not a sex-kitten lol. Thanks for taking the time even though I'll pass. I guess Pebbles is it.....

Fishing not catching so true. I like watching the variety of birds and other sea life while we are out there on the water. This time we also spied a roseate spoonbill, pelicans actually catching their fish LOL, a manta ray playing near by (watched the tips of its wings gliding around in the water) and a coyote on one of the little islands.

    That's what I'm talking about!
