It is causing most of my stress so I have been trying to focus more on preparing for the move than stressing and eating till the last possible moment and then rushing to get everything done. I too procrastinate. So now I am trying to fill my time with organizing, decluttering and preparing. It is helping a little. I just need to be more prepared with my food. I find I get busy and then I am so hungry I just grab what is quick and easy. This is not always healthy! I need to take some time and meal prep so I can grab, heat and know it is healthy
