    I have been so hungry at about 3 PM this week, and when I got home I was totally HANGRY so I ate myself out of house and home (for the protection of others! ;) ). On the upside my SO brought me chips at 9 PM and I didn't eat a one! So kinda win?

    Yesterday work had donuts and pizza. The donut was a problem but I was actually pretty decent with the pizza (somehow, some way!). So small steps!

    I spent the weekend putting up a custom built pergola in my backyard in 35C heat (95F for you southerners), so my eating patterns generally we not normal. I also watched Black Widow on Saturday so that was a total win. :)
