    July accountability: 8/31 days AF

    7/22 - 2 wine
    7/23 - 2 wine

8 more days left in July. Where does the time fly!

So the Kevita might be Kombucha but there is no alcohol listed on the bottle. Interesting since I thought all Kombucha had at least a trace. Am I missing something?

Looked up more info to try to figure out what I was drinking!
    • KeVita products are considered non-alcoholic drinks (less than 0.5% alcohol ABV). Additionally, KeVita Sparkling Probiotic Drinks are coffee/tea free.
    • You can drink about 8 to 12 ounces of KeVita Kombucha every day. More than 16 ounces a day is an excess.

Grimaldi's Pizza. I decided before going that I would have an AF evening since I had drinks the last 2 nights. DH had the 9oz $21 per glass Pertinace Nebbiolo (very good but overpriced)
The prices have gone up for both the pizza and wine but the restaurant was packed! The most people I've seen in one place in a very long time.

    July accountability: 9/24 days AF
    Alcohol: 15 days (35 drinks)
Goal: Limit 1-2 glasses per day; 12-16 AF days per month. Aim to drink no more than 2 nights in a row.

    2 glasses of wine

    July totals
    AF - 11
    Drinks - 13

Only possible drinking day planned is Tuesday after golf.. Should easily have more AF days than drink days to end the month. Have a great weekend ! I hope everyone meets whatever their goals are.

@globalhiker I am glad we are finally getting rain in Mesa. I hope you don't have any flooding at your home. Stay safe!

@dawnbgethealthy - Smoke is as dangerous as fire. I hope that you are safe and that the smoke clears soon!

My usual goal, 16-20 AF for the month. This is sustainable long term for me.

Still planning on hitting my 16 - even though I have mostly been 21-23AF each month this year so far.
Sunday July 25 - AF - Next planned drinks day is Wednesday.

Rolling total - 13 AF days out of 25 days

    Thank you : - )
When there is no wind it is not too bad, the wind blows it in from all different directions - fires burning all around pretty much. I was able to get some yard/garden stuff done before and after work today as it was hazy but not as smoky (no wind).

The sun actually looks red with the smoke, but my photo doesn't show it as that colour.
The sky is like surreal. You can sort of see the purcell mountains towards Nelson, when the wind blows and the sky thickens with smoke they are imperceptible. This is the downtown area

The antique Rose bush doesn't seem to mind, I estimate that it has been there for 70 years.

Strawberries and Cilantro also don't seem to mind the smoke - the Dill in there is forming seeds and will spring up where ever the wind blows them to - like the Cilantro. No matter where it starts growing around the property, I still eat it lol. I get about 3 crops of dill and cilantro each year, and have strawberries in a few places that bear fruit from June until October.
