I used to have these coworkers who thought they needed to eat a full meal right before going to the gym - which I always thought was so strange because they would eat breakfast, then eat lunch, then eat another meal right before going to the gym in the afternoon, then they'd workout, then eat dinner. I tried to explain to them that they were just negating the work they were doing by eating a full extra meal every day but they thought I was being stupid lol
eta: and they were trying to lose weight as well, this wasn't a bulking situation.0 -

I like to have an hour at least from my last meal before hitting the gym and two is preferable.
I also agree with the basis of what you were trying to tell your friends. Specifically if they were trying to lean out.
I just do not enjoy feeling so full when I’m
exercising. To each their own though.1 -

Same. I don't like eating a full meal beforehand.
I'll admit those wraps looked amazing, though

Getting into a dispute with the guy at my evening diet coke supplier about the price of a bottle of soda when it's 2 for $4 because I was charged the full price when only buying one, asking my afternoon diet coke supplier if they would sell the one bottle for full price or for the $2, finding out it's full price, and now I have to either avoid going to the evening supplier or just going in when the nice guy who doesn't make me pay for the one bottle of soda is there. (The fountain drink machine's ice hasn't worked for like 3 weeks.)
Also, I just say no but I wonder if I'd be more chill if I ate an edible before taking my evening walks and stopping off at the evening supplier
*To be fair, I've had it with that one guy. He treated me like I was invisible one too many times and I finally called him out on it...in front of people. The one nice woman said he probably doesn't understand english well but I've been there every night for a couple or so years. He understands fine.
**He literally walks away from the checkout to do other things when I walk up to the counter. He's not blind either.
***Or deaf. I'm a creature of habit and go straight for the drink. You don't hear the ice from 6 feet away 5 nights a week at 7:50ish pm?
****I didn't so much as call him out as ask if I offended him for some reason.
*****I'm thinking his name is NOT Tommy

I do this all the time and I'm incredibly fair-skinned so I just constantly have random green/blue bruises on my legs and about 80% of the time I have no idea where they're from0 -

Every time you buy a Big Mac you set one ingredient aside. Then at the end of the week you have a free Big Mac. And you love it even more because you made it with your own hands.
