24 Hours of Exercise per Month Challenge - AUGUST 2021

Here's the 24 hour challenge thread for AUGUST. Let's do it again!! And welcome to any newcomers!
The goal is to accomplish at least 24 hours of exercise during the month.(MORE IS GREAT) Any type of activity that you would log in your diary counts (both cardio and strength training) ~ walking, running, paddling, biking, swimming, gardening, weight training, dancing, HIIT, aerobics, elliptical, rowing, circuit training, stretching, etc. You get the idea.
For you BEASTS out there (you know who you are), if you want to do more, just post your personal goal that is over the baseline challenge goal.
And for anyone who wants to join part of the way through, just post a comparable goal to finish out the month (for example, joining half way through, post a goal of 12 hours).
There is no group for this and no private messages needed. No fancy spreadsheets either, just report your running totals here in the thread.

I joined & turned into one of those “beasts” @JDMac82 refers to, and I’m older! LOL
The folks in here are doing daily exercise & are very inspiring!

Question;
If another challenge was created that was say 3000 reps in a month. Bodyweight, weighted resistance exercises/calisthenics would all count. Example say you do 6 sets of ab relates exercises and 40 reps each time that would be 240 reps towards that goal of 3000 in a month. would you Beasts be interested in something like that????3 -

If another challenge was created that was say 3000 reps in a month. Bodyweight, weighted resistance exercises/calisthenics would all count. Example say you do 6 sets of ab relates exercises and 40 reps each time that would be 240 reps towards that goal of 3000 in a month. would you Beasts be interested in something like that????

I would be interested! I’ve just begun strength reps in the past 2 months or so. Just like with the current challenge, I’d have to build up to 3,000 reps.
How would you count planks?
If you do something with both arms simultaneously, just count reps or double them?
(Asking for a friend 🤣😂)

Planks are an isometric hold, so they wouldn't really factor as a repetition so to speak. Like holding a wall sit vs air squats.
But if you did 30 Crunches, that's be 30 reps.
