Had one of my highest calories consumed days in past 3 months, about 3,000 😳.
I went to gym twice, lifted 16,000lbs total, did 1 run of 50 minutes then another 12+km at night, so almost half marathon for the day, it definitely offset some calories. Tonight dinner at mom's and I'm hoping not needing to run more to offset, as it's tough on body.
