Aug 4: 221.0 Still discovering how much weight I lost on "vacation". Not a recommended approach, but if it sticks, I'll take it.
Aug 5: 221.8 There's the bounce. So, for the record, I lost 6.2 pounds in 7 days canoeing the BWCAW. Feels about right.1 -
