A bit about me, I'm 28 yo F, lost about 60 lbs last year, but since winter relaxed way too much and gained 10 lbs back π€·π»ββοΈ

I feel the heatwave is affecting me too, from water retention to uneven hunger patterns, which doesnβt mean I eat a whole lot more, just more randomly.
Iβm living without ac too so itβs not helping.
