    Aug 13: 143.8 - honestly not sure what is going on. I eat under 1200 calories a day, often it's actually under 1,000. So it could either be the heat wave, me starting biking to work this week or still digestive issues. Hoping to see it go the other way soon.

    09 Aug 21 - 11.04. Just waiting for the number to go down.
    10 Aug 21 - 11.04 Need the number to go down soon.
    11 Aug 21 - 11.04 Bit fed up of seeing this number now.

    12 Aug 21 - 11.04 Very fed up of this number now. On 1200 calories a day.

    13 Aug 21 - 11.04 think i need a very low calorie day to kick start things.
    14 Aug 21 - 11.04 no idea what is going on.
    15 Aug 21 - 11.04 i cannot beieve no weight drop in 8 days.
    16 Aug 21 - 11.04 someday the weight will drop. Anybody else had this? Keeping to plan no more than 1200 a day. Yesterday less.

    Aug 2: 225.4 Have a feeling this will go in chunks for a couple of days as I get over the trip. Still swollen and haven't unloaded the excess sodium yet.

    Aug 4: 221.0 Still discovering how much weight I lost on "vacation". Not a recommended approach, but if it sticks, I'll take it.
    Aug 5: 221.8 There's the bounce. So, for the record, I lost 6.2 pounds in 7 days canoeing the BWCAW. Feels about right.

    my stomach is still on the fritz though, spent some time with water heater yesterday. We’re also having heatwave and I’m beach bound. Hopefully will get some workout afterwards as I’m not drinking these days, just carbonated water stuff.

    I haven't been logging because my scale has been fluctuating up over 200 again and it's too depressing to record that again even though I know I didn't gain fat back - I have been
    consistently in deficit and low carb. As of today, I can keep going!

    Yesterday I weighed myself midday after beach and was 148.6. I did have 2L of water though it was super hot. Then later evening time came the stomach pain. I may need to re-examine my evening eating patterns.
