I see a lot of new names, some of you probably won’t recognize my name. I’ve been at this FOR-EV-ER (I’ve done the previous 3 or 4 challenges). After I hit 136 I started losing at snail speed. Unfortunately, I don’t gain back at snail speed 😒. I took a month off to “maintain-ish”. My birthday, Thanksgiving, and the Holidays are coming up as we all know, so I wanted to jump back on and commit myself to staying focused. I took my holiday photos earlier this month and was realllly proud of my body, I don’t want to lose all my hard work.7 -

Hi, I am in for another cycle. Thanks for starting this again.
STARTING WEIGHT/DATE WITH MFP: about 175 on 8/19/12 (been here a long time, lol, but kinda off & on)
Lost about 25 pounds, then pretty much maintaining, up a little, down a little, but would like to lose another 15 or so.
Ended last challenge at end of Aug. at 151.94# & didn't weigh for the month of Sept. I felt like daily weighing was getting to me, so tried not weighing for a month. Seemed to pretty much maintain, but now I am ready to get to a healthy weight.

I weigh every day & average them on Monday, so my numbers are the weekly average.
