Oct 1: 169- on soft foods still since gum surgery yesterday but had to literally sit in my car for 20 minutes tonight and talk myself out of going into a store or fast food place and buying junk food just because it's Friday night. Came home and had sugar free jelly (jello) instead. Win!

Starting a little late. I have not spent any time in the community, hoping to find the last bit of motivation to lose the last 25lbs.

Currently 138.8lbs. loss of 8.2lbs

So I still have 21.8 lbs to go. Accountability and chocolate is the hardest thing for me. I used to have no stamina and would get winded walking up a flight of stairs. I hardly drank water and would have soda and chocolate all the time. Now I can last a 90 minute soccer game. I cut out all drinks other than tea, coffee, and water. No alcohol. Chocolate once a week because I believe in still enjoying the things I like.

I was at my lowest weight postpartum in May of this year at ~167 lbs. I was humming right along, then went on vacation and completely lost all motivation. I've gained almost 20 lbs since then! So crazy. Tracking and threads like this have been crucial for me in losing weight in the past. Here we go again!
