Oct 19 156.9 lbs. I started a new job yesterday where I sit all day. I only walked 4000 steps yesterday. 🙁 I was tired since I've been a stay-at-home mum for 2 years, and did not work out. I did go for an after dinner walk with the family. Was still hungry after dinner though and may have eaten some chips. 🤦♀️🤷♀️🙄

17th October 299.2lbs. I’ll admit to being a little miffed at this one but I was expecting it, simply because such a big drop in two days isn’t going to hold. I’m still out of the 300s though so still very pleased! Roll on tomorrow 😀
18th October 298.3lbs. Great it’s back down just annoyingly not to the low of Saturday! I’m never satisfied 😂but it’s a loss so I’m good 😊

Sleep really helps. 8 hours and I dropped a full pound. I need to get more sleep during the week (I typically run on 5-6 hrs max). Unfortunately, that lovely 205 number will jump tomorrow. I'm getting a burger for cheat day and I'm going to enjoy it. Hiding out for Halloween Sunday. I cannot control myself around Halloween candy, so I'd rather skip handing it out than tempting myself.
@jennigerding19 I'm glad she's ok! And I'm so sorry you've had the AC out more than once - hopefully that's all the bad stuff for the week and you can just have a restful weekend.3 -
