As long as I keep focus on macros/weights/honest tracking, I'll keep the downward overall trend.
@SafetyPolice I know all about stress eating, had to cut it all off cold turkey at work every so often (they keep coming back), which is super hard. I find focusing on protein in those stress eat attacks to help end them sooner. Why I'm stocked up on chocolate protein bars! And sugar free chocolate puddings. 🍫4 -

So the manufacturer replaced my scale at no cost to me. yippy. Apparently this brand of scale has a wide range of precision unit to unit, and I've had 2 from both ends of the range. BOOOOOO!!! Tracking anymore this month is just for fun, as this thing says I haven't lost a ounce since January...which would be demoralizing if I didn't know better. Maybe I'll just subtract 18 pounds from the new reported weight for the rest of the month and start over in Nov..

I feel like my upper body is getting too skinny, (I'm 5 9 and buy small for upper, medium or small for bottoms dependingon hip fit) so my efforts really need to move on lifting/recomposition for the tummy/legs and maintaining weight loss.

I'm motivated now more than ever because I'm within 10lbs of my goal weight which means I'll have lost 46lbs. I know I'll probably want to lose another 5-10lbs after that but when I first set out on my weight loss journey in March I had the goal of getting to 125.6 -
