    I feeling like this is my daily stomach bloat journaling with all ups and downs lol 😆
    As long as I keep focus on macros/weights/honest tracking, I'll keep the downward overall trend.

    @SafetyPolice I know all about stress eating, had to cut it all off cold turkey at work every so often (they keep coming back), which is super hard. I find focusing on protein in those stress eat attacks to help end them sooner. Why I'm stocked up on chocolate protein bars! And sugar free chocolate puddings. 🍫

    chips and dip my mother-in-law

    Oct 15 157.7 lbs. Struggling with stress eating this week. Was too discouraged to weight myself the past 2 days. But I made myself do it this morning.

    Oct 16 157.4 lbs kind of shocking since I was driving most of yesterday and did not drink enough water.

    So the manufacturer replaced my scale at no cost to me. yippy. Apparently this brand of scale has a wide range of precision unit to unit, and I've had 2 from both ends of the range. BOOOOOO!!! Tracking anymore this month is just for fun, as this thing says I haven't lost a ounce since January...which would be demoralizing if I didn't know better. Maybe I'll just subtract 18 pounds from the new reported weight for the rest of the month and start over in Nov..

    I feel like my upper body is getting too skinny, (I'm 5 9 and buy small for upper, medium or small for bottoms dependingon hip fit) so my efforts really need to move on lifting/recomposition for the tummy/legs and maintaining weight loss.
    I'm ok to lose few more lbs from my lower body though.

    Oct 19 156.9 lbs. I started a new job yesterday where I sit all day. I only walked 4000 steps yesterday. 🙁 I was tired since I've been a stay-at-home mum for 2 years, and did not work out. I did go for an after dinner walk with the family. Was still hungry after dinner though and may have eaten some chips. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️🙄

    Day 2 streak of staying within calories and walking 30 minutes a day. I plan to incorporate weights on Friday. Let's do this!
