    I'm in for my second round! I really like this 10-day challenge and couple it with a monthly challenges that logs weekly. Perfect to keep an eye on the day-to-day and then the not too distant longer term goals.

    Lost 25# and basically maintaining since. My ultimate goal is 140#

    71 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion... :D...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.
