On-water rowing season has finally been possible to begin, so I'm back to Ezekiel pita with crunchy peanut butter and a cup of plain nonfat kefir for breakfast on non-rowing days. For fun, today I added 2 "fig truffles", which are just smashed unsweetened figs dipped in very dark chocolate, a whopping 23 calories each.

Another bad night. They're much fewer and farther between, but still here. Egg and bacon sandwich about 2. Candy bar about 3. Coke about 4. Slept 5-8. Normal egg and bacon on a whole bagel, coffee and milk about 8. Overnight 913 calories. On a 1300-1400 calorie budget. Looks like I overspent today. Oops!
