    November 5 164.1 argh trying to hold my nerve - when I panic I end up restricting and binging. This happens every cycle but I find it so hard every time 😖
    Hang in there, change can come in small increments that build to massive redirection. If this is part of your cycle to restrict and binge, make one change first in the direction of doing something different. For example, drink more water, or no eating after a certain time. Please know that I share in your struggle. We can do this! YOU CAN DO THIS!!! You can break your own cycle.


    Thank you 🙏 I needed to read that. I feel better today even though the scale is up a little again. I keep looking back to last cycle and seeing that this peak is a full 2lbs down on last time which is what matters. Knowing it’s a normal thing to happen and that others go through it means a lot
