Well hello my name is Thomas I live in the Portland metro area I love all things sports and being active. I have downloaded this app to help hold me accountable aswell as help track my food seeing a pen and paper are way to hard to use lol. In the past I have lost weight for the wrong reasons and know this journey is for me if you would like to follow my journey please feel free to reach out would love a hiking partner gym friend or just positive people in my life.
