    Maybe consider reworking your day. If you are trying to increase water, for example:
    wake up
    water
    brush teeth/shower/get dressed
    water
    breakfast w/ water
    water
    lunch w/ water
    water
    starving = water
    dinner w/ water
    after dinner water

    Try putting exercise on your to do list/calendar attached to a specific time/action: get home from work, exercise, prep dinner, ...

    I do so much better reporting on this thread and I have a more consistent habit now. Exercise for me is around 6:30p, when I stop working for the day. Dinner is always late, 8-9p'ish

    It's about changing patterns - don't give up!!
