    This was my 4th ride for the week so I'm happy with that, can relax now for the weekend. I'm starting to see the difference in my legs and arms and its only been 2weeks, shame about the middle bit. Think I will have to work on my eating habits to sort that out.

    Finally back from being out of town! (Only 2 flight cancellations - third try's a charm, apparently lolz) Feels good to be back on a bike. :smile:

    Did a bit more Tour de Zwift - mountain stages are fun, but they don't really rack in the miles unfortunately! :lol: Maybe tomorrow I'll squeeze in more during my down time. Today is unpacking and crap.

    Change of plans - I'm doing the Pelo Fondo challenge this weekend and had a couple other rides I wanted to do before so I am doing the FTP next week. Can't wait!

    Only ride today was taking the kid to school lol - and apparently it's time for her to flex her independence wings, because she didn't want her old mom riding back to ride with her home. Sheesh. Gave me time to get chores done, though.

    Best highlight was hitting over 22mph on my vintage road bike while riding back home. Steel is real, baby. 😆
