Most people utilize the thread for weigh-ins, you may weigh in daily or weekly; do what works for you. If your goals are to drink more water, gain muscle, reduce fat, increase strength or cardio, etc, feel free to join us and track those items as well.

Hi I'm not sure how to do this.
I don't know how to bookmark 😔.
I have been in MFP since July 2016 and only recently discovered the community, how to have friends etc.
I'm 64 yo and live in Queensland Australia, if anyone has the patience to show me the way, and if this group is operating? ...
I would like to join please.

I use the app on my phone, but if it's of use to you, to bookmark you have to scroll to the top of the page and to the right of the title you'll see the blue outline of a bookmark. Click on it so it turns blue and you are done!
To find your bookmarks, scroll to the top, press the drop down menu (three horizontal lines on the top left side) and scroll down to "Community", then scroll all the way down on that page to the section called "Quick Links."

Stats: 44 y/o female, 2x cancer survivor with Hypothyroidism dealing with menopause, plantar fasciitis and bone spurs - not to be used as excuses, but to be reminders of being kind to my body and accepting of its slow journey.

Thursday Feb 03 - 137.8 - Burned a gazillion calories yesterday and had little time for food so calories were low. I did eat late though when I finally got home from work, so perhaps that raised the number a bit.4 -

Aaargh, was hoping the fluctation would be in my favour but apparently not. Will just stay the course and see what tomorrow brings. May need to adjust calorie intake and/or make sure I'm recording it accurately.4
