My name is Donna. I am 5’ 5” tall, 61 years old and from the Midwest USA. In 2016 I weighed 253 lbs. I am on a journey of health and to get back to the real me.
Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!
    250’s; 240’s; 230’s; 220's; 210's; 200's; 190's; 180’s; 170's; 160's; 150’s

Starting Weight (from January 31st): 197.0
    Goal: 192.0 (Five lb Loss)
**************************ONE DAY, ONE STEP, ONE DECISION AT A TIME**************************

02/01…...197.0…..(Trend Weight 195.1)….. Pro: No change. There’s that! Con: Only 28 days to get something done!

02/02.…..197.4…..(Trend Weight 195.3)….. Meals good. Snacks bad. No TMI and exercise ziltch but the renovation is moving along, although slowly.

02/03.…..195.8…..(Trend Weight 195.4}….. No better on the exercise due to the restrictions, but meals were much better planned. Quantities much better too. Pushing water today as tonight’s homemade Mexican food will likely be high in sodium.

02/04.…..196.4…..(Trend Weight 195.5)….. Sodium from the Mexican I presume because otherwise the day was not bad. I did hit a record low on calories burned, miles walked and steps according to my fitbit. Fitness makes a big difference!

02/05.…..196.4…..(Trend Weight 195.6)….. Full-on BINGE last night. Probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. I don’t even know what triggered it. Nothing showed up on the scale yet this morning, but I know it’s coming…..

    MFP starting weight: 149.2 (3/30/21)
    January results: -4.6 pounds
    January end weight: 138.4
    UGW: 130

    2/01 - 138.4 (140.0 trend)
2/02 - 140.0 (140.0 trend) - nausea has been terrible over the past few days. Yesterday I ate two sleeves of crackers, toast, soup, anything I could think of to calm my stomach. All it did was raise the scales. Woke up this morning churning again. Ready for this to be over!
2/03 - 138.0 (139.7 trend) - nausea was at it's worst yesterday. Could not keep much down. Today seems much better
    2/04 - DNW
2/05 - 136.0 (138.8 trend) - barely made it out of bed yesterday. So little food consumed. @deepwoodslady maybe your binge was subconsciously for me. I hope it doesn't show up for you.

    Goal: 136
    Running monthly total: -2.4 pounds

    Hi
    I'm Dawn
    61, 5'2"

I too have been gaining every month. I will try to turn that around.
Thank you @nikkit321 for keeping us going. Hope that you are starting to feel better.

    Tuesday Feb 01 - 138.4
    Wednesday Feb 02 - 137.6
Thursday Feb 03 - 137.8 - Burned a gazillion calories yesterday and had little time for food so calories were low. I did eat late though when I finally got home from work, so perhaps that raised the number a bit.
Friday Feb 04 - 136.8 - Very late dinner again, so glad to see a drop
Saturday Feb 04 - 138.8 - Dang. Salty foods and then copious amounts of zero and low cal liquid. Planning to get outside somewhere today even though it is mucky from a thaw. I didn't consume much food yesterday.

Goal: put myself on the things-to-do list, and the take-care-of list
Goal: lose it and maintain it
    Ultimate Goal weight: 145
6/7/2022 goal (next oncologist appointment): 177, -20lbs from 12/7/21 appt
    February goal: 190

    2/5 - 192.8

I'm baaaaccccckkkkk!!! Covid was no worse than a typical flu...not to say we enjoyed it, but it definitely could have been much worse. Husband dealt with more congestion/cough than I did, youngest son also had it. Oldest son has managed to stay healthy throughout. Now to not regain the 5 lbs I dropped! I'm not ready for exercise yet, still don't have my energy back. Hopefully will pick that up at some point this week.

2/06 - 135.4 (138.3) - yesterday was much better. Nausea held off till late afternoon. I was able to eat a little more and move around more. Woke up slightly queasy but think it will stop once food gets in my stomach. Suppose to return to work tomorrow.

@TinaLeigh67 I hope you are on the mend and well enough for returning to work. You stay in my thoughts!

02/06: 196.0 - Totally expected, as I binged two nights in a row. After speaking with a friend, I googled some food addiction websites and strategies for dealing with this. I am hoping that by analyzing my triggers, habits, and rewards, I can start making some progress.

@deepwoodslady thank you. Covid wasn't kind to this old woman. I could have dealt easily with the respiratory issues. The nausea was what threw me for a loop. As long as I don't suddenly spike a fever, I should be able to return to work tomorrow
