Round 3 for me! I think I was 149-150 at the start of this. This round I’m treating myself like a scientific Guinea pig project, using the free National Institutes of Health “Body Weight Planner”. .
Goal: reach about 128.5 lbs. this round, stay with my plant-based diet, keep using weights, and lower my cholesterol in the process.

I hit my ultimate goal weight in April, but starting to see myself already slacking a tiny bit. As someone in another thread posted, the difference between maintenance and losing is only a few hundred calories. Don't go back to old (bad) eating habits.6 -

I've been MIA for most of this month as covid made me sluggish for 2 weeks, and I'm slowly getting back to it on 3rd week. Last week been trying to get back to running, with three 5K runs.
Still tracking most food, but I have been more indulging, and eating more for maintenance.
I'm in 'last 15' so every 100 calorie counts for a lot.
I'm proud of myself for not giving in to the covid chocolate cake demands 🤣, I pretty much maintained, and considering how hard it was for me to start dropping any weight initially, I knew I wasn't going to drop 15, but was hoping for 10.
I know what areas I need to improve on and they mostly stem from lifestyle changes (not enough sleep = eating sugars to stay awake + a LOT of ☕️) and would like to change my evening mini binges (mostly triggered by tired) into occasional night out dinning/bar with friends, which can be done with pretracking.
Though I can't have any binges to drop the last lbs 😫 😩
Next few days should be the water bloat time, so I'm expecting more fun with scales.6 -
