    January 31: 186.6 lb.
    February 7: 186.6 lb.
    February 14: 186.6 lb. (It looks like a plateau!)

    2 more weeks in the Sunshine State. I think I need to be more realistic setting my goals for the month. Last month wasn’t reasonable and neither was this one.

    February 21: 188.2 (no more plateau, unfortunately it’s going the wrong way)

    February 28: 191.4. Will do better next month!

    Feb 5: 153.0 (10-day average 151.5)
    Feb 12: 152.4 (10-day average 152.9)
    Feb 19: 152.6 (10-day average 153.5)
    Feb 26: 153.4 (10-day average 153.2)
    Feb 28: 151.6 (10-day average 152.8)

    Total loss for February I gained a little over a half pound for the month. The damage was worse, but I started to rein it in just a bit. Atmospheric river coming our way here; March is coming in like a lion.

    Feb 01…..…..197.0…..(Trend Weight: 195.1)….. Only 28 days to make a difference this month. Gotta make every day count.


    Feb 08…..…..193.4…..(Trend Weight: 195.3)….. I’ve kept in better control this week and it is paying off. Not perfect, but much better. Still restricted on exercise/movement due to the home renovations, but I’m using my stairs to my advantage!

    Feb 15…..…..196.0…..(Trend Weight: 195.8)….. I had a bad week of pizza, subway and cake on various days. However, I’ve pulled it together the past two days and brought it back down 1.4 from the highest. On the right path right now. I hope to keep it clean and full of success!

    Feb 22…..…..197.6…..(Trend Weight: 195.8)….. The weight reflects a combination of cortisol and bingeing. My water pump on my well burned up filling the house with smoke and nearly causing a fire. I haven’t had water since last Wed and no well company is showing up to help in my rural area. I have 4 neighbors and I have been begging buckets of water for toilets that I can’t even lift myself. Life is not very good right now. Prayers please. Ice and freezing rain winter storm warning today. Well company never showed up. Another won’t answer calls. I doubt I can find another in nearby counties who will come out to my very rural area in this storm. Feeling hopeless.

    Feb 28…..…..198.2(Trend Weight: 196.5)….. Another bad month for me filled with excuses.

    Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!
