Hello. I am new here. I am coming off the Noom program, and I have been doing Pahla B (basically for menopausal women) and other Youtube exercise videos, plus some walking when the weather is decent. I am looking for a good place to log my meals and see what else is going on!

Welcome to MFP! I also do some Pahla B workouts. I find this a great app to log all of my food. I've even used it to show a doctor what I was eating! Good luck on your journey.1
