Hello! Counted calories for the past 20 years and always trying to find new ways to be fit. I am training for another half-marathon after getting a concussion in January (earlier this year). And looking for friends in that similar rehab recovery range. I log everything and try to workout some form for 60 mins a day. If you are in a similar position, befriend me!

No concussion here, but I do try to get in about an hour(or more) exercise daily. I don't get to run as much as I would like...I go to the gym to lift 2x/week when available. If not, then I do dumbbells at home. Cardio daily includes anything from step, kickboxing, walking workouts and more on YouTube and then I try to run 1 short and 1 longer run each week.0
