I wish I can do better with calories. I’m on a calorie deficit diet & I tend to still go over my calorie intake. I tend to go over 100. One day I went over 300 😩 Even though I have my intake set for 2lbs a week, in still under the calories if I want to lose 1lb a week. Any recommendations for sweets (I have a sweet tooth & potato chip problem lol) but I need to learn how to swap food for less calorie foods,

For how long are you trying to lose weight, and what is your actual loss over which period of time? You've added a tag below stating 10+ lbs to lose. Do I understand correctly that you don't have a lot to lose? Maybe your chosen deficit is to high to start with.
What works for me is to be regular. Eat at the same time the same amount of calories. And keep about 200 each day for a desert.0 -
Yeah, if you have 10 pounds to lose, set the Goals at, "Lose 1/2 pound per week." That'll give you more calories and it is really where you need to be set if you don't have much body fat.
For sweets, I have nonfat plain Greek yogurt mixed with 5g Jello pudding powder topped with nuts and fruit.0
