Back At It

Between January 2018 and the summer of 2019 I lost 1005# on WW. I decided to take a bit of a break and just maintain from tracking every single thing. I was doing AWESOME and getting ready to get back to it after the holidays 2019. But my husband ended up being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and then Covid and the world went to hell and so did all my hard work. I fell and fell hard. I put on about 40 of the total I lost. I feel so so defeated. I have tried on and off since early 2021 to get back to it to no avail. I’ve decided against WW because there are just some things I no longer agree with so I’m here, just tracking my food. I’m back at my workouts for about 3 weeks now working with an online PT who’s great. Now it’s time to focus on my food choices. I know what to do I just have to do it. I want to feel like I felt when I hit that one hundred pound mark. So, I’m back at it. I have some ground to make up plus another 30#. My hope is this year I’m in Onderland.
