Hi all,
I'm running a hilly 10K next month and my 43 year old knees would appreciate it if I were a bit lighter. And as someone at high risk of developing Type 2 diabetes, I want my BMI under 25. I could definitely use an accountability partner too.

l hit my highest weight ever a couple of weeks ago and it was a bit of a wake up call. I'm still only getting started on my journey, so I set my goal to a kilo a week, which should be completely doable (if I manage to stick to my guns).
I'm headed for a small vacation on the 5th and only get back on the 9th, so I moved the check in dates around a little, hope that's okay ๐ (ngl really worried about counting calories when away from my kitchen scale, but that's real life for you ๐ )

@bite_by_bite - enjoy your vacation! When I went on vacation, I didn't worry so much about tracking, but did try to stay mindful about exercise and eating even though I didn't know if the two exactly balanced out. Choose whatever dates work for you - this challenge is for you! Wishing you all the best.1 -
