Current BMI = 38.8 Severely Obese. I hate my BMI description of Severely Obese
There is no cartilage in both of my knees which is very painful when I walk. Life has become unbearable for me. My aim is to go for knee replacement operations.
However the surgeon will not operate if I weigh more than 100kg.
I have lost 9.7kg in the 31days since I started again on March 31st 2022 with the program.
This means I still have 14.9kg to lose until I reach 100kg
If I can get down to 80kg, then maybe I will not need the operations!5 -

Hello everyone! I'm not new to myfitesspal or the challenges. However, it has been a very long while since I logged daily or participated in the challenges. Brief bio/history I'm 33 yrs old 4'11 and 185.5. I have struggled with weight a majority of my life and decided to join myfitnesspal back in 2017ish. I went for 185ish to 161 within a few months of logging daily, being active, and participating in challenges. However, I let life get out of hand and lost track of my weight, eating habits, and exercise. With that being said one day I jumped on the scale and realized I was in the mid 190s and knocking down the 200lb door which broke me down and I decided to refocus and get back at it. With that being said Im hoping myfitnesspal and its challenges help keep me focused and accountable like it did before. I know not everyone loses weight at the same pace so for me personally I'm shooting to lose 5lbs this month. Best of luck to everyone and I look forward to seeing everyone progress.

I am in for May challenge my goal for May is exercise and healthy keto. I need to lose 25lbs to get back to goal weight of 135 I am currently 160. My weight loss goal for May is to lose 3-5 lbs more is always the ideal but realistic is 3-5. My other goal is to not stomp out my scale when itβs being a jerk lol I am having to replace another scale due to this mornings tantrum lol. Letβs do this all!!!

Your post reminded me today of the hell I went through with the doctors during a very important emergency surgery that they nearly had to cancel. Mine was in regards to my glucose numbers, but at lower weights my glucose is much easier to control. Thanks for the special inspiration today and the reminder of how important this all is.1 -
