    72 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...
    ...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.

    Hi, I joined these challenges last year and got down to 163 in June 21. Sadly I worked myself to a little breakdown, overate, drank too much and gained most of the weight back. So I’m back again for some accountability!
