72 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...

Going to focus on tracking even when away, but I'm not going to be too harsh on myself if I go over, so long as I don't exceed maintenance calories. I was very disappointed when I thought I hadn't lost anything this week, but then I realised that I entered the wrong Weight for last week and I've actually lost 1lb π. It's not the biggest of losses but it's better than nothing and I've lost a total of 7.5lb since I started 4 weeks ago. Slow and steady.7 -
