The loss this past week is two-fold: starting weight is on the higher end after having guests and doing the touristy stuff for several days (eating out) and then the last two days were backpacking and not drinking enough water or eating enough calories to counteract the calories burned.6 -

Pretty good dietary choices yesterday which kept it under 1600 (my normal is under 1400). Moderate exercise. I had a big bump down, now a big jump right back up. I donβt always understand how this works for me but I do know that TMI is likely part of this equation today. Dinner out tonight with a friend and at a later time with my oldest daughter (maybe next week?)
