@deepwoodslady - The colors are great! You'll enjoy the neutrals especially when you can give the pop of color that will change seasonally with accessories and whims.
I have a bay window like that in my kitchen and master bedroom as well! Love them! Mine is a little wider with all for windows the same size (2 angled and 2 flat)2 -

Day 44…..06/22…..205.2…..(Trend weight 204.5) WTH? 3 pounds overnight? Can’t be! I traveled yesterday and had my root canal completed by an endodentist. It feels so much better. I did eat one meal out but I thought it was very reasonable at the steak house. I even brought part of it home for son’s lunch today. The only contributing factors I can think of is that I have not taken the prescribed water pill for the two days prior, and I did not get any sleep last night (3 hours). I know my calories and carbs were over, but that is ridiculous. Today will be a very careful day.
Day 45…..06/23…..203.0…..(Trend weight 204.3) Counted the calories and carbs all day but ended up with a shaky glucose drop around 7:00 pm. I carefully chose a snack but it did put me over calorie and carb count and more into the maint. Range. I did a nice 24 minute workout session with my son last night dancing to some great classic songs. I did take my water pill yesterday so I am wondering about the puff-up yesterday (no pill day before) and the drop today (after pill yesterday). It sure is hard to track what is really going on with that in the mix. I will just have to trust the process that if I am complying then I am progressing on this journey. And I’ll still watch all the numbers from food, to exercise, to weight. It just will not be an exact science at this point. Watching my trend weight will help too. Come on Onderland!
Day 46…..06/24…..203.2…..(Trend weight 203.2) A small fluctuation I’m sure. I like that my trend weight is still going down. My dining room bay window went in yesterday. Today they work outside on the little roof over it and more supports. The drywall inside is tore all to Haites, but they are trying to work on projects that involve the outdoors on non-rainy days. So drywall will be some other day. In a week or two maybe. The window already looks lovely. It will help keep the birds from bamming into the window now because this one has grids, and will bring much needed air into the room as it has two windows and the other window had zero. Triple win!
Day 47…..06/25…..203.8…..(Trend weight 203.2) Up a bit from some unexpected travel to buy a industrial paint sprayer. Stopped for Mexican food and ate about half. I didn’t bother to take the rest home. Hopefully this is it and more won’t show up later, as it sometimes does. I lost a solid 3 pounds this round which is the best I’ve done in awhile. My resolve is still good. Congrats to all the various types of goals that have been met this round for so many. See you in the next one!

I plan to weigh-in every other day. Just impossible to burn a lb. of fat in one day unless I do an all-day hike up a mountain.

day 3: 147.2 (slow progress but right direction)
New behaviors: I did get in 2 sessions of bodypump but no cardio b/c just too hot out.
Next behaviors to focus on: I need to increase the lean protein, calcium, water and get my head out of the popcorn bowl. And drink a large glass of water before dinner.4 -
Thanks @KayHBE ... I'll be sure to tell him. He has been on a similar weight loss journey to me and he is such a confident dresser now! It's fun to see him show his personality through his clothes.2

I lost 1.8 pounds the last 100, which was a departure from gaining in the last 4 of them.

2nd Week Goal Weight: 135.0 - seems ambitious.
2nd Week Actual Weight: No idea, wonky scale on holiday with me read 48 pounds

3rd Week Actual Weight: 138.3 - had Ribs this week
Excess calories burned (in the green): 3976. Even after having a RED from Ribs, I still averaged 568 per day overall.

Excess calories burned (in the green): 3568 - Not as much as usual, and it is reflected in my weight.

Day 44: Wed, 6/22: 139.0 - Planning a very "clean" eating day. Hoping to get some workouts in here and there while at work when there are no customers : - )
Day 45: Thurs, 6/23: 138.8 - Hoping to at least pull out a week where I didn't gain. 0.7 left to drop to achieve that. Lunch out in week 5 and dinner out in week 7 sure has derailed me.
Day 46: Fri, 6/24: 137.8 - Pretty sure that I was 138.1 yesterday, might have made a typo. It doesn't matter, a drop on the scale always motivates me. Working out of town today and had planned on being a bit indulgent when finally getting home. I will rethink that.

Day 48…..06/26…..x202.8/b]…..(Trend weight 204.0) A nice drop overnight. Obviously, no restaurants or travel yesterday or it would have been a different picture more than likely. I carefully planned and logged my meals and snacks. I didn’t get in enough movement, it was just too hot. But I appreciate the progress. Tomorrow is the first of the travels for the heart ultrasound and to have the heart monitor placed to wear home. I will be traveling, more than likely, after that even further for some special supplies I need from Menards that I can’t get at home depot, so it will be even further away than usual from my rural town. I’ll either go tomorrow to Menards or Wed when I go back to the hospital for the stress test, nuclear stress test and to take off the monitor. I haven’t decided yet. I do know that I want to wrap up the supply shopping and the medical on the same day to avoid an extra day of travel. Travel = pounds for me. Wouldn’t it be nice if I could fit in that new Elvis movie? Such a treat that would be since we have no movie theaters even within 75 miles of my home…..

I didn’t bother to take the rest home. Hopefully this is it and more won’t show up later, as it sometimes does. I lost a solid 3 pounds this round which is the best I’ve done in awhile. Day 48…..06/26…..x202.8/b]…..(Trend weight 204.0) A nice drop overnight. Obviously, no restaurants or travel yesterday or it would have been a different picture more than likely. I carefully planned and logged my meals and snacks. I didn’t get in enough movement, it was just too hot. But I appreciate the progress. Tomorrow is the first of the travels for the heart ultrasound and to have the heart monitor placed to wear home. I will be traveling, more than likely, after that even further for some special supplies I need from Menards that I can’t get at home depot, so it will be even further away than usual from my rural town. I’ll either go tomorrow to Menards or Wed when I go back to the hospital for the stress test, nuclear stress test and to take off the monitor. I haven’t decided yet. I do know that I want to wrap up the supply shopping and the medical on the same day to avoid an extra day of travel. Travel = pounds for me. Wouldn’t it be nice if I could fit in that new Elvis movie? Such a treat that would be since we have no movie theaters even within 75 miles of my home…..
Day 49…..06/27…..198.2…..(Trend weight 203.5) Onederland, Onederland!!!! But a 4 ½ lb loss overnight? Hard to believe. I took batteries in and out several times. Then tried new ones. Even moved the scale to my non-typical spot. Yep, 198.2. The only explanation is that I did take my waterpill yesterday since I was home. (I won’t be able to take it the next 3 days as I’ll be away from home). But THAT much water retention due to heart no pumping properly? Wow! So today is the ultrasound on the heart and I get hooked up to a heart monitor I will wear home for a couple of days. Then traveling even further south for some building supplies at a special store. Going with my son. When we hit the big city I promised him golden corral and we may try to fit in the Elvis movie. Scale will be up tomorrow from GC and lots of sitting but I plan on making it a nice day for the two of us. Watch what you put on the plate Donna!

Even moved the scale to my non-typical spot. Yep, 198.2. The only explanation is that I did take my waterpill yesterday since I was home. (I won’t be able to take it the next 3 days as I’ll be away from home). But THAT much water retention due to heart no pumping properly? Wow! So today is the ultrasound on the heart and I get hooked up to a heart monitor I will wear home for a couple of days. Then traveling even further south for some building supplies at a special store. Going with my son. When we hit the big city I promised him golden corral and we may try to fit in the Elvis movie. Scale will be up tomorrow from GC and lots of sitting but I plan on making it a nice day for the two of us. Watch what you put on the plate Donna!

I’ll take what I see today on the scale gladly after so much travel sitting, hospital sitting, theater sitting and Golden Corral. Ultrasound was completed and I have a monitor on now (that added a few ounces to my scale too?). Feeling really motivated right now seeing the 100’s instead of 200’s, even after travel. I have my oldest grandson’s birthday deal with me later today. I am taking him to the salon for a facial and acne treatment (pimple extraction). I want to see how his skin reacts. Would be such a nice thing before school pix etc. I am back to travel/hospital tomorrow for the nuclear stress test and monitor removal. I am working hard to stay focused and not let the situations limit my progress. I’m not gonna lie, I’m very stressed out about the stress test. I hope I don’t have a heart attack in the middle of it. When I say I can’t breathe, I’m being serious here. But I do want some answers. By the way, I loved, loved, loved the Elvis movie. Even my 25 year old son really liked it and he’s not exactly an Elvis fan. He’s metallica, Ozzy Osbourne etc. fan. It was as much about Col. Tom Parker as it was Elvis. A very interesting story and all the actors were wonderful including Tom Hanks. Rotten Tomatoes gave it high scores and it tied for number one at the box office this past opening weekend with Top Gun Maverick. I’m glad I went.
