I was doing really well with my fitness but then I got Covid and a few other things happened and I seem to have lost my love of it and am finding it really hard to get going again.
Are there any daily threads for fitness, where people can post what they've done each day to motivate themselves and others.
I really do need some help.

There are specific ones for cycling, miles/km exercises, planks/isometrics, and more. I won't link those, because I don't know what things you enjoy doing, and they're pretty easy to find in that area.
In all of these cases, you can browse them, see which feel potentially most helpful, and join in. Any rules will be stated in the first post. Be aware that for long-running ones, if you've never opened them before, the first posts will look old. New posts are at the end, on high-numbered pages. Those are all still active.

I bet you if you have a few days back at it you’ll soon get your motivation back. Maybe just set yourself a short goal, just 15mins exercise 3 days in a row and I bet by day 4 you’ll have done more than 15mins or you’ll be feeling motivated again.2

Thanks Sarabushby. I had a long walk yesterday and felt fabulous after it and I'm going to use my exercise bike today and also do a YouTube kettlebell workout.
I slept really well last night which is also a good motivator because my sleep has been awful since I've not been exercising.
You're right biting the bullet and getting back into it is making me feel better already. Let's hope it's all reflected well on the scales on Monday morning!!2
