As it says really.
It’s been working fine for months
Problem only started 2 days ago after update. Steps are counted, but fitness (mainly walking and swimming) isn’t.

So it appears a lot of people are having the issue since the last update that Apple /Apple Watch workouts are no longer syncing since the update. Re-downloading the app doesn’t fix this and I have checked several times the settings are correct and havnt changed. I have emailed support@myfitnesspal.com but has anyone come across a fix for this yet?

I just submitted a request for tech support thru “contact us” as well. Hopefully they can resolve this quickly but there is a disclaimer that they are light staffed over the holiday weekend.

Is anyone else having this issue? Ever since my app was updated with the big release they just did it isn’t syncing correctly.

I’m having the same issue and I also sent an email to tech support along with asking on this platform too. At least I’m glad to know it isn’t just me.

I am having it was well; there is another thread on exercise from Apple watch no longer synching. I believe is the core of the issue is an Apple Health to MFP synch. Whether it is from an Apple update or an MFP update I am not sure.

I haven’t heard back from tech support either but might be due to holiday weekend. Still not syncing with apple health either.

I heard back from tech support but they just told me to do all the steps I’ve already done. So will see what they come back with next. I said I’m not the only one having this problem too.

I’m having this issue too. Clearly a bigger issue if so many of us.

Same for me. Glad I am not the only one.

And agree that deleting and reinstalling the app does not fix this. Have tried every possible fix but no solution I am afraid.

Exactly, only steps are synching. Workouts are not synching at all since the last update.

Same issue here!! It's maddening, especially since it will detect my steps from my apple watch. So I'm getting these "extra" calories based off my steps which I don't know if I've actually earned since I have to manually enter my walking workouts.

I know it’s really frustrating. I heard back from tech support and I had to answer a bunch of questions and they raised it up to the next level. Said it might be a few days before I hear back with hopefully a solution. I said a lot of people have this issue too.

It was working for me on Tuesday May 31 but then yesterday it stopped working. I see others are following up. I'm not sure why it annoys me so much -- it's not the end of the world and will probably be rectified soon.

I guess we're not suppose to dwell so much on our workout calories even though I do !!! I like MFP the best but using my backup App for now until this problem gets fixed. Urgh! Mine started when they did the Update to the Dashboard sometime over the past weekend.
