Neither breast tissue or fat tissue can be exercised - only muscles.

Fat loss comes from a calorie deficit over time and where on your body that subcutaneous fat is lost from first or last can't be chosen.

Exactly this... in addition, there are no magic foods.

If you were smaller breasted in the past at a lighter weight, it's likely that your breast size is partly fat tissue (vs. just breast tissue), especially if you've not experienced pregnancy/motherhood in between.

To the extent that there's fat tissue, losing fat in general (via calorie deficit) will eventually reduce your breast size, but no telling whether that'll happen earlier or later in the overall fat loss process. Not for certain-sure, but often fat gained last is lost first, which may give you a hint.

No special exercise or foods will change any of that.

Also, be aware that losing a reasonable amount of weight will almost certainly reduce your bra band size, it won’t necessarily reduce the cup size, sadly. Oh, how I wish it did! 🙄

I lost 2 and a half stone - down to 8st 3lbs (115lbs) - went from a 38DD (probably should have been wearing an E..) to a 34DD - I’d dearly love to be a 34B bur it’s never going to happen. I’ve been there once in my life but was fairly underweight at that point.

It’s genetics more than anything related to exercise or nutrition. Not a lot you can do will effect it. If I were younger I’d definitely be looking at breast reduction surgery. Little point at 61 though, I’ve lived with it since I was 14 🤷‍♀️
