I’m Diana, a location independant digital nomad.
Happy to be part of the community and eager to hear everyone’s stories.
I’ve gained 32kg during the pandemic and it all went down hill from there. I’ve made a decision to change my habits and lifestyle by starting working out and reducing the amount of food I eat as well as the sugar intake, which it’s my weakness.
However, I read online that if I’m not on a calorie deficit diet I won’t lose the weight but I have no idea how many calories I should be eating, my BMR is alarming slow (6514KJ/1557cal)
Feedback on that would be appreciated.
