I would suggest choosing a plan, I think I chose was MyFitnessPal 101!and going through its steps. It helps you learn more about MFP. I wish you much success. I wish us ALL much success!!0

If you don't have a digital food scale, get one! It'll be a game changer for you in this process.
Also, go ahead and accept that this IS INDEED a process. You'll need patience. It will take some time, but you'll get where you're going.

Congrats on starting down this path. I recommend starting slow. Start by logging and getting used to measuring food. Try to stay under your calorie limit but give yourself a bit of a learning time. Pay attention to what helps you feel full. Pay attention to how you do best spreading meals out. Get some movement in. Then build on that. Be ready to take it slow but steady. Going big and having crazy expectations can result in dropping the ball altogether. You don’t want that. Do small lifestyle changes that way you keep the weight off long term. You don’t have to have a perfect plan. You just have to be mindful and keep chipping away a day at a time.0
