New to MyFitnessPal

After 5 years on WW, making transition to MyFitnessPal. I wanted to know exactly what I was consuming in micronutrients instead of "points". It's been a real eye-opener so far! Planning my proteins, carbs, fat, fiber, etc. takes some time but it's worth it.
Looking for recipes that are no-sugar,anti-inflammatory so I can start a go-to collection of breakfast. lunch and dinner meals.
