Hi All, I am Andrea from Northern CA. I’m exactly 50. I’m slowly bringing small activities and have been inspired to change during a physical therapy session. I recognized “this is ME time” and I want more of THIS. I deserve it. So, returning to my weight loss journey, increased activities, more time in nature and creating more quality time for myself.
