Hello! I’m just starting my fitness journey of just wanting to eat better and take control of my diet in a way that I can achieve real results. I want to gain muscle but I also want to get rid of any excess body fat, and tracking macros is the best (and only) way to do that, so this app is perfect. And I know being more mindful of what I eat will bring me better health and happiness.I hope to cook more healthy meals at home and keep up a good workout regimen.
