BACK ON THE APP

Hello fitness community. I've been a member since 2012 but had to stop using the app as I was in the mainland China, and access was spotty at best. Like most of you, I struggled with my weight since collage. In 2018 though I got very serious about getting fit, and went from 107KG to 85kg which worked out to about 18% body fat.

Since then my weight hovered around 92kg before covid19 and, well my weight got up to 98kg.

I am back down to 93.4kg (as of this morning thanks to some light activity and better eating habits. My goal is to reach 80kg, and to add in a regular fitness regiment.

I am a sales manager that takes me all over Canada, so fixed routines are difficult. I am not always able to eat well while on the road. I am hoping you (the community) will be the motivation I need to power through towards my goals.
