    I'm in I lost 200 but I'm gaining back so far 15 lbs and I feel horrible eating bad food maybe sharing and amping others up will help motivate me

    I lost 40-50lbs a few years ago, but I have such a hard time keeping the weight off once I stop logging so I tend to gain some back. I've really gained a lot this summer so I need to get a handle on this before I'm back where I started in 2016.
    I'm so thankful for MFP, these challenges really help me stay on track. :)

    64 yr young F, 5ft 4 Round 203 (my 135th). As always, thank you. @QuiltingJaine.

    All but 0.2 pound of holiday weight gain gone. I'd like to lose a pound this round.
    No binges, keep within calories & macros.

    Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and then gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then & didn't want to gain any more, It's took me 75 rounds to achieve my under 130 target; back to maintenance again!! But then I crept up again, so need to get back under 130. Healthy life style has to be a permanent way of life.

    10/23 137.8 - Yesterdays high carbs day; always share a pizza, with DH on Saturday night. Ugh, ups and downs of daily weighing! 13.83 miles walked; drove out to Pontscythle Aqueduct, walked to Llangollen, past Horseshoes Falls to Llantysilio Church and back. Such a wonderful day amongst the autumnal trees, loved it!! 0.4 pounds lost this round, not quite hit goal, but just keep on going!!

    Awesome! Thank you as always for posting @quiltingjaine! These challenges really keep me motivated and you are a great group of people! ❤️
    This will be my 14th round and I have lost a total of 28.9 pounds so far while doing these challenges! This challenge brings me the most success and is much easier by breaking up my goals into smaller chunks.
    I have one very solid goal, to be in Onederland by 12/17/22, after that, let the weight come off how it does.

    I’m hoping to at least maintain this round. I have some pretty nerve-wracking medical procedures coming up and I’ve been eating my emotions.

    I got care free in maintenance and the scale went up one lb at a time. Now I’m turning it around one lb at a time.

    10/24- 179.8 I am focused on making some progress this round but I will continue to be kind to myself and eat as many calories as I can to support my active lifestyle.

    I am looking forward to starting this today. I, like so many of you, live a busy life between work, family and school (working on my masters degree). For me the first thing that gets puts on the side is myself so I am going to work very hard this round to remember that I have to take care of myself in order to be the best at all the other stuff.

    Today I recommit to MFP and to this 10 day period with you all! I am looking forward to losing weight and connecting with you.

    10/24-124.1 (whoops, last night I should have skipped the fried calamari plate) I have lost 10 pounds over the last 3 months but the “muffin top” remains (although slightly deflated). But this is not my first rodeo at losing weight and it is now time to up the ante and put the treadmill on an incline and increase speed on the horse trainer. The toughest time will be from now to when I (hopefully) reach my waist goal.
