Goal met, now for next level

Hello! I'm new here. I joined to help reach my next level goal. I've dropped 35lbs over the past few years, mostly through portion control and body weight exercise, after years of never imagining I could control food. For so long I was a slave to my mind's conception of what being hungry meant, as opposed to what it meant to be physically hungry. Now I'm working to shed body fat, which requires a more refined approach. Any advice welcome and let me know if I can help!
