How to sync to an app not listed?

I just got through buying a fitness tracker and it uses the OnWear Pro app. I noticed this doesn't appear on the list of app to connect to, is there anyway to make this happen?

We're not able to offer compatibility with every app on the market for integration. If your app of choice isn't listed, it means we do not currently support integration with them.
