I have been off and on MFP for a few years and decided to re-upbwith premium and connect with others on a similar health journey. The connections and idea sharing makes it feel like you are not going through this alone. I want to start new and sustainable habits

I’ve been a cereal starter to. I decided to do the free trial on the premium and I love the plants that come with it right now I’m following a 28 day meal plan to get me to eating healthier.
I’ve tried other food diary apps in the past and just love MFP because of the community!0
