    Georgia I know the feeling!! Keep at it girl, you're doing great!! Sometimes it takes a bit for our bodies to catch up to change. Hormones, increase in muscle mass from exercising, waiting on a 💩 lol.....ect. Lots of factors!

    This is a trend down of .6 lb a week. Its an appropriate rate for me in that I can sustain it. Also had 4 meals out this weekend as it was my daughters 18th birthday. So any scale drop is good.
