Jan 7: 183.0 - Not bad after indulging a bit more than I was planning on tacos & drinks lastnight! Been getting my 20min+ of walking/activity in everyday & cut WAY back on snacking. Tracking my meals again as well. This has been way overdue! I feel much better both physically and mentally 🙂0 -
