    Jan 7: 183.0 - Not bad after indulging a bit more than I was planning on tacos & drinks lastnight! Been getting my 20min+ of walking/activity in everyday & cut WAY back on snacking. Tracking my meals again as well. This has been way overdue! I feel much better both physically and mentally 🙂

    Jan 11 190 been this the last three days. Need to really buckle down on writing everything on mfp. Kind of sucks you have to have premium to scan barcodes now
