Discipline and Will Power!

Two of the hardest things to acquire for me. I’ve tried this so many times and back on it… again. This time it’s for me and me alone.

    I wish you success!

    Some pointers:
    - willpower it's like a muscle, the more you use it, the stronger it becomes (but similar to muscles, start slowly)
    - don't make things unnecessarily hard for yourself: willpower is a limited resources, so don't give yourself too many restrictions or unpleasant rules. For example: don't eliminate all your favorite foods or make yourself do exercise you dislike. If you can build habits that don't require willpower, you'll have some willpower left in the bank for when you really need it (on a tough day for example).

I agree with @lietchi. Work more on building good habits. Then you cruise on automatic, and don't use other mental resources.
